PNW Monster Cookie Recipe !
Ingredients
1 Stick of Butter
1/2 Cup Brown Sugar
1/4 Cup Granulated Sugar
3/4 Cup Peanut Butter
1 egg
1 tsp Vanilla
1 tsp Salt
1 tsp Baking Soda
1 1/4 Cup AP flour ( I like Unbleached)
3/4 Cup Old fashion Oatmeal
1/2 Cup of your favorite candy ( I Like Reeses Pieces )
1/2 Cup Chocoalte Chips ( I used white Chocoalte here)
Sprinkles !
Directions
Step 1. Preheat your oven to 350 degrees farenheit.
Step 2. Cream your butter and sugars together for approx 2 minutes.
Step 3. Add the peanut butter and cream again until totally incorporated.
Step4. Add the egg and vanilla and mix again.
Step 5. Add Salt, Baking Soda, flour and mix until just combined
Step 6. Add Oatmeal, candy, and chocolate and mix until just combined.
Step 7. Bake for 9-10 minutes
They will look under done but dont panic the trick to these cookies is to not over bake them!!! They will set into sheer perfection as they cool !!
Step. 8 Pour yourself a cup of milk and enjoy your cookie you cookie monster you !
